Desert Rose Catering is 20 years in the making. I spent my young adult life cooking in the finest restaurants Billings, Red Lodge, and Denver had to offer. I learned the art of culinary taste and design. Also within that time I worked for the best caterers in the business. From those folks I learned that catering was not only a job but a very fun way to make a living. Thus Desert Rose Catering emerged. We believe in bringing only the best product to the job, so we sell all natural, locally raised beef, pork, and lamb. When catering private parties we select a menu that will best fit your theme and your budget. Our staff is professional, courteous and will do what ever possible to make sure your party is successful. With this in mind, please take a few minutes to look over our signature items. Menu substitutions are welcome.
