- We request an accurate head count within 72 hours of the event.
- The amount of food that is brought to the event is determined by the head count.
- Wait staff is charged out at $20 per hour.
- No deposits are required, bill due upon completion of event.
- Late fees will be assessed if payment is over 30 days past due.
- 18 percent gratuity is included.
- All dinners are served buffet style unless otherwise requested.
- We have speckleware plates and silverware available for rent.
- Additional rentals (china, flatware glassware, tableclothes, napkins, etc.) can be arranged by us for an additional 25% of the rental charge. Any lost or broken items will be the responsibility of the customer. We prefer that you take care of the rental arrangements through Thompson Rental or Montana Party Time.
- Cancellation policy: if you cancel within 72 hours of the event, you will be charged 75 percent of the bill.
- Checks, cash and all major credit cards are accepted as payment.
- Weddings: we offer a complimentary food tasting for 2 if you book an event with us.
- Most importantly, we all have fun!
