Braised Baby Back Ribs
- Baby back ribs
- apples
- brown sugar
- desert rose barbecue sauce
- desert rose spice
- red wine
- apple cider vinegar
- apple juice
- coffee
- Salt & pepper
- little bit of love
Start w/ baby back ribs well trimmed, cut into thirds place in pan top w/ apples, brown sugar, vinegar, water, apple juice. Cover and cook on low heat for about 3 hours.
Remove ribs and broil @ 300 degrees until the ribs begin to brown
In the pan the ribs were braised, remove excess grease, smash apples, add apple juice, barbecue sauce, apple juice, coffee, water little bit of love. bring to boil reduce to desired thickness.
Take broiled ribs and dip in reduction, marinate, then plate & serve w/ roasted garlic mashed potatoes, baked beans
Pan fried bison ribeye w/ green beans & almonds
- 10oz Bison ribeye
- salt & pepper
- 1oz butter
- 1oz vegetable oil
- little bit of love
In a cast iron skillet heat butter & oil, season steak cook to rare medium rare on hi, med hi, reduce heat to finish steak
Green beans w/ almonds
- fresh green beans
- slivered almaonds
- butter & oil
- 3TBLS water
In the same pan used to cook bison add butter & oil melted add beans, sautee for 1min. add almonds, S&P, & water, steam, veggies should be served crisp.
